This duck reminds me of an up-to-date “rubber duckie” which I grew up playing with—only improved with the technological needs and adaptive learning of today! The product is a learning device for young kids and guides them through music, games, songs and is adaptive to the child’s response. The duck is about a palm-size (adult), is water-proof, and easy to use with my apple products. I found it very easy to use with my small children.

One thing I will say is that my kids are addicted to it, and I chose to limit the hours of technology they use since they are 2 and 7. As much as I love the product, I do have to unplug the technology piece. My 2 year old plays with it when it’s off, so that is nice, but my 7 year old prefers the interactive technology. So far, the banging on the floor has not ruined the product, so I would say it can stand the test of quality given a 2 year old’s adventures.

I recommend it for families that want to integrate adaptive learning, in a quick and easy way for your kids.

I have two kids, a 6 year old girl and an 4 year old boy. I thought this toy would be more on the level of our daughter, but actually my 4 year old interacts better with it. There is something for each age level. The app allows you to either play the games with the duck (you tap Edwin either on his sides, front or back to answer questions, shake him or toss him to make him fly.) The duck is a huge hit to learning it helps keep their attention.

The games are educational, they teach shapes, colors and counting. His night light feature is cute, it puts out just the right amount of light. Also the app currently only has three games to play, one book and one song. All the other options say "Coming Soon!" So I hope they are educational! Overall this is a really cue toy just hope they get some more educational games on the app. We love Edwin at our house!

Gave this as a gift and was lucky enough to see it in action. How fun!! My favorite thing is the little heartbeat that's on all the time. Super soft and easily interactive once you install on your phone. Lot's yet to learn but the baby and the bigger kids loved playing with it. Great idea for families!

My 22 month old son absolutely enjoyed it. My son loves showering with Edwin the Duck.He also enjoys the sing along songs that are played through the application that needs to be installed on your mobile device. I liked the fact that Edwin can be used for entertainment and for learning all at once. Apart from being adorable my son started learning his shapes through the application. I just wish more songs would be added to the application. My favorite feature which I have used for my use is that I can use Edwin as a speaker. I strongly recommend to mom`s out there to buy.
